The 2009 International Conference of Doble Clients will be held at two different hotels this year. The Technical Presentations, Client Committee & User Group Meetings, Industry Expo and Hospitality Suites will be held at the Westin Copley Place. Due to space constraints, the Training Track will be held at the nearby Boston Park Plaza Hotel. The Sunday Bushings Tutorial will be held at the Westin.

ABOUT THE DOBLE CLIENT CONFERENCE:
One of the most unique aspects of the Doble Conference is the fact that the agenda is designed exclusively by and for the benefit of the electric utility and testing company delegates. Unlike other industry conferences, Doble's event continues to hold firm to this differentiation. The Conference program is created by nine Client Committees, each having unique expertise in a particular area. The 2009 Conference will mark the 76th year that Doble Engineering has organized and hosted what is recognized as the industry's premiere event.

Who can attend?
The Doble Conference is in fact, a Doble Users Group Meeting. All companies who have a Services Agreement with Doble that includes Conference attendance are eligible to attend. This includes M-services clients, DSA, DSEA and Doble Services agreements. If you wish to verify your company's eligibility, please send an inquiry to events@doble.com

In addition, Doble invites a number of non-client delegates to attend the Conference as guests. If you wish to request a guest invitation, please email to events@doble.com

Doble utility and testing company clients may attend all meetings and activities in the Conference program. Clients who are manufacturers and insurers can attend all meetings and activities with the exception of the Doble Client Committee Meetings. Non-client exhibiting companies have access to the Exhibit area only.

Earn CEUs
Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) can be earned for various meetings and activities during the week. We will calculate your exact number based on attendance.

Hotel Room Reservations

Doble Clients are encouraged to stay at the host hotel Westin Copley Place (or the nearby Boston Park Plaza, where the Training Track will be held). For the Westin, specify that you are attending the Doble Conference to qualify for our discounted group rate of $ 249 per night, plus tax.  Call the Westin hotel directly at +1-617-262-9600 to make your reservation.

A limited number of Government Rate rooms are available - please send an email to events@doble.com if you would like us to hold a Government Rate room for you.

If your company is not a Doble Client, you will not qualify for the Doble discounted rate at the Westin.  We recommend that non-client delegates make their reservations at the nearby Boston Park Plaza hotel. Specify that you are attending the Doble Conference to qualify for our discounted group rate of $ 239 per night. Call the Park Plaza hotel directly at +1-617-426-2000 to make your reservation.
