Version 5.1 is the latest software release for the M5200, M5300, and M5400. Please refer to the Marketing Release Notice for the new features and enhancements of the V5.1 release. Also available here is the SFRA User Guide for the M5200, M5300, and M5400.

The M5200/M5300/M5400 SFRA Software Version 5.1 requires the M5200/M5300/M5400 instrument to run Firmware Version Build 368. The firmware flash loader utility accompanies the SFRA software and must be loaded as a separate application. Detailed instructions for installing Firmware Version Build 368 can be found in the Marketing Release Notice.

The files in the download cannot be extracted without a password.
