Service Plans

Doble Engineering's Service Plans are described in detail in this section. These Plans are for Customers who have Purchased (not Leased) Doble Test Sets.

When using one of the Service Plans described here please include the following information when communicating with Doble Customer Service:

• Instrument Model # / Serial # / Part Description or Doble Part
• Purchase Order # or Blanket Agreement # (where appropriate)

Module Delivery:

Delivery U.S. & Canada:
All modules will ship from Doble the next working day to most areas of the U.S. and delivery to most Canadian provinces in 2 days.

Delivery International:
All modules will ship from Doble the next working day after the order, but delivery to the customers site could take between 3-7 days depending upon customs & brokerage agents.

Repair Estimates:

A fair amount of troubleshooting has to be performed and documentation generated to produce a Repair Estimate, Therefore the minimum charge to perform Repair Estimates is $350.00.

Shipping Charges:

In-Warranty:
All shipping charges & customs brokerage fees from Doble are paid by Doble. All shipping charges & customs brokerage fees to Doble are paid by the customer. For the first 30 days after receipt of any In-Warranty parts or a new Test Instrument, Doble pays for all shipping charges. Please check with a Doble Customer Service representative before shipping. Do not ship collect.

Out-of-Warranty:
All shipping charges & customs brokerage fees, both to & from Doble or any authorized EC Service Center are the responsibility of the company placing the order.

Cost Cap Repair Prices

The "Cost Cap" is a normal "Not-To-Exceed-Unless-Contacted" price for a repair.
