Our Featured Technical Paper is "Dissolved Gas Analysis of Load Tap Changers Field Guide and Subcommittee Report" 

Paper Abstract:  The Doble Client Committee on Transformers formed a subcommittee in 2004 to prepare a guide for analyzing DGA results from Load Tap Changers. The resulting guide is the compilation of DGA test results for several major tapchangers designs used mostly in the United States and Canada. The guide establishes normal gassing tendencies.
