The Hands-On Relay School Steering Committee is comprised of volunteers from across different operational functions within the electric utility industry, and also includes representatives from Washington State University and WEI. The Steering Committee plans, organizes and facilitates all aspects of the school. Each year they bring together equipment manufacturers, lecturers, instructors and other volunteers in a coordinated effort to ensure the school remains the industry leader in relay training.
