Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) is a valuable part of any test program, as it provides indication of the mechanical integrity of the transformer, as well as backup confirmation for potential suspect results of other tests. Knowing how to interpret these results is therefore important. This webinar will utilize SFRA case studies to demonstrate what to look for, both for normal as well as faulted results. Depending on the type of change and frequency range where the change occurs, this can tell the user if there is a problem with the transformer or maybe just a bad test lead connection. In addition to different transformer troubles and failure modes, the webinar will also discuss common test setup errors.
