Matthew Carrara comes to Doble with over thirty years of experience in process control, measurement, and materials properties analysis, for a wide variety of industrial applications. Most recently, before joining Doble, Mr. Carrara was Vice President of Process Analyzers and Instrumentation at Schneider Electric where he managed a portfolio of businesses, which included process analyzers and measurement / instrumentation for the oil & gas, chemical, F&B and water & wastewater industries. Matthew received his undergraduate degree and EMBA from Northeastern University. |

Don Angell

Don Angell directs Doble’s global strategic development, customer care, and North American operations. Mr. Angell brings to Doble nearly 32 years of experience in utility operations, engineering and asset management. Prior to joining Doble, he directed National Grid’s Substation Engineering Services; he previously worked at Exelon, as well as the Idaho Power Company. Mr. Angell is a senior member of IEEE. |

Joseph DiOrio

Joseph DiOrio leads Doble’s offer managements teams, consisting of Solutions and Program Management. Joe comes to Doble with over 35 years of experience in engineering management, program management and offer management. Joe’s career crosses multiple markets and channels including industrial automation with process instrumentation, commercial and industrial in the electrical industry along with retail product development. |

Ernie Grella

Ernie Grella leads Doble’s world-class engineering team. Mr. Grella joined Doble in 2018 and brings 30 years of experience in engineering management — leading teams in the delivery of complex hardware and software systems, including highly available switching systems for both the data center and the core of the Internet. Ernie studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts and received his MBA from Babson College. |

Nicole MacLennan

Nicole MacLennan is the leader of Doble’s finance department. Ms. MacLennan joined Doble in 2018; she is an accountant with decades of experience in international business processes. Prior to her current role, Ms. MacLennan was Controller at Doble and Weetabix North America, and Finance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She is a CPA and received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Richmond. |

Julie Crisafulli Brown

Julie Crisafulli Brown leads Doble’s human resources department, which is responsible for the hiring, expansion and support of Doble’s global team, including the development of the next generation of Doble leaders. Having worked at both Fortune 100 and start-up companies in technology and manufacturing, Ms. Brown has over 25 years of experience in human resources, the last twelve in high level management positions. |

Robert Brusetti

Robert Brusetti leads Doble’s professional services organization, including client service, field testing, transformer consulting and lab services. A Doble employee for over thirty years, he was previously the Director of Client Service, Product Manager and Field Engineer. Robert holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Boston College. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts. |

Richard Heywood

Dr. Richard Heywood leads Doble’s team responsible for delivering our solutions to clients in EMEA and APAC, specializing in testing and consulting services for high voltage substation equipment. He joined Doble in 2002, from National Grid UK and has over 25 years of experience assessing the condition of electrical apparatus. Richard holds a Ph.D. from the University of Surrey, specializing in the ageing of paper/oil in power transformers. |

Fabio Pelliccione

Fabio Pelliccione leads Doble’s sales teams in EMEA and APAC overseeing the selling of our full range of solutions. Fabio has 20+ years of sales and business management experience in industries ranging from material handling equipment, power tools, mobility and ultimately finding his home at Techimp and ISA (now part of Doble) as Vice President of Services and Products back in 2017. He holds an MBA in International Business Development from Thunderbird USA. |

May Scally leads Canadian operations at Morgan Schaffer, including production, oversight of the oil laboratory and local R&D projects. Prior to joining Doble, Ms. Scally was COO at Morgan Schaffer, held the GM role at a scientific products company and previously, was Vice President of E-Commerce at Bell Canada. She holds an MBA from Concordia University and brings 30 years of experience in business development and operations management. |
