Please state your name and company in the text and the specific device image you require (doblePRIME Analytics and/or doblePRIME IDD and/or Calisto T1).

Note: Both the firmware and associated documentation have the same password for a specific Analytics, IDD and T1 device type.

Legacy IDD – Intelligent Diagnostic Devices for Transformers

The Latest IDD Firmware and Documentation

IDD FW 2.12.2 is the latest firmware release for the Doble IDD.  It includes calculated center-phase capacitance and power-factor, plus improved algorithms for handling measurements during transformer/IDD off-line conditions.  It corrects an issue found in v2.12.1 where DNP3 values for Tap 2 (Center) Capacitance/Power Factor could be incorrect.
