Expertise available on demand, Doble’s Client Service Engineers will work closely with you as part of your team.
As part of the Services Agreement, you will be assigned a Doble Client Service Engineer that will provide analysis of test results, training, consultation and technical support. You’ll gain an extra engineer on your team for a fraction of the cost.
Our application support is designed to provide answers to your questions, not just numbers. Doble’s Client Service Engineers will review and decipher your apparatus test results so that they are clear and easy to understand.
The Doble Client Service Engineers will supply you with reports on the condition and health of your apparatus based on standardized test procedures. Our engineers are here to help you manage your apparatus for a long and healthy life. In case of an emergency, a Doble Client Service Engineer is on-call 24 hours a day.
Part of the Service Agreement includes five days of on-site training at your facility, which will be led by a Doble Client Service Engineer. The customized training sessions are given on testing theory and technique. Hands-on field training is also provided.
Doble Client Service Engineers consulting services will assist you with questions like these:
- What is the condition of my equipment?
- When should I retest?
- What tests and inspections should I perform?
- What maintenance should I perform and when?
- Have other utilities had this same experience?
- Should I remove this breaker/bushing/transformer from service or leave in service?
It is the Client Service Engineer’s job to make sure that your Doble equipment and testing support needs are met. Having a Client Service Engineer work with you whenever you need them, is one of the many benefits of the Doble Services Agreement.
