Doble Universal Controller
The Doble Universal Controller™ (DUC) is a range of rugged controllers that can be obtained as part of the Doble TCA and the DUCe for Apparatus Testing solutions. These controllers are available in laptop and tablet form factors, and can be chosen to best fit your needs.
DUC is designed to be used as special-purpose controllers for field applications, and not as general purpose computers. This deliberate design choice minimizes cybersecurity risks the assets that the field personnel connect to.
The DUC™ hardware are specified to provide the processing power necessary to run advanced software in the field, and a full suite of interfaces in order to connect even to legacy equipment. The bright, transreflective display allow operation even in full sunlight.
The DUC is designed for durability and is built to withstand the same tough requirements of Doble’s test equipment.
